Arc Application | Deadline March 3, 2023
For Arc residencies to take place September 2023 – June 2024.
Arc is available to schools who have successfully completed at least two years of AIE residencies. If you are not eligible for Arc, please complete the Artists in Education (AIE) application found at njaie.org/apply.
Please review the Grant Application Guidelines carefully before getting started. This application is also available to download at www.njaie.org, www.yanjep.org, and www.artscouncil.nj.gov.
Applications for the 2023-24 school year are now closed. Please contact the AIE Manager, Michael Roberson Reid, at mreid@yanjep.org or (609) 243-9000 ext. 219 for information about the next application cycle.
All online applications must be submitted by Friday, March 3, 2023 to be considered for the 2023-24 school year.
This application has been modified to use conditional logic. Questions may be adjusted depending on the year you are applying If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

- Residency Grant Narrative

- Budget Narrative
Year 1 Applicants will be asked to provide letters of recommendation and documentation of past residencies. This will not be required of Year 2/3. This form is set with conditional logic that will adjust based off of the year you are applying for.
Can’t finish the application in one go?
No worries. This application enables an Application Save and Continue, so you can complete your application over a longer span of time. You will receive an e-mail with a unique link to return you to the application. You can use the link to return to the application from any computer. Please note that the link will expire after 30 days and incomplete applications will not be considered for a 2023 – 2024 residency.
